Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to own the external supply base's manufacturing readiness for Undersea, Reconnaissance & Strike lines. You will manage industrialization of Dive-LD components across BOMs and collaborate with supplier leadership to meet production goals.

You will validate supplier capacity, drive process improvements, and support ramp-up, tooling, and CAPEX planning to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrialization, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience taking a product from prototype/NPI to production ramp, incl. tooling and line bring-up.
• Live manufacturing floor experience with flow optimization and capacity modeling.
• Familiarity with PPAP, FAI/AS9102, control plans, PFMEA, and SPC.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to supplier sites (domestic/international) and work onsite in Quincy, MA.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
