Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa seeks a Global Head of Strategic Supply Chain to architect, scale, and execute enterprise‑wide sourcing and supply chain strategy. You will oversee end‑to‑end commodity management across direct and indirect domains and build a world‑class sourcing organization to support rapid prototyping, NPI, and high‑rate production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of strategic sourcing, global commodity management, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 8+ years of leading procurement or supply chain teams.
• Experience negotiating enterprise‑level agreements and managing diverse commodity portfolios.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows and scaling to high‑rate production.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to relocate for onsite Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi‑year global commodity and sourcing strategies across direct and indirect domains.
• Build and lead a high‑performing procurement team across global sites.
• Serve as executive sponsor for Tier 1 suppliers and key partners with robust performance management.
• Partner with Engineering to influence design‑for‑supply‑chain and early supplier involvement in NPI.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, development agreements, and long‑term supply agreements.
• Identify supply risks and implement dual‑sourcing and buffer inventory strategies.
• Develop should‑cost models and TCO evaluations across concepts to end‑of‑life.
• Present updates to C‑suite and executive leadership.
