Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Warehousing Site Execution and Production Supply to lead operations across its Costa Mesa HQ and Orange County facilities, including a new Long Beach campus. You will manage a large team of managers, supervisors and hourly staff, oversee inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure safety, cost and productivity targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business or related field OR 15+ years of equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, 3PL or warehouse operations with leadership of a high-volume site.
• 6+ years leading managers or supervisors across multiple shifts/sites with 200+ hourly associates and ownership of safety/productivity results.
• Experience running warehouse operations on a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across headquarters and Orange County sites: receiving, put away, storage, picking, kitting, line-side delivery, and outbound shipping.
• Own the result production cares about most: zero line stoppages, dock-to-stock, on-time kit, and line-side fill rate targets.
• Run operations from data: build daily labor, productivity, backlog, and service level views from system data.
• Lead from the floor via Gemba walks and site-wide tier meetings; drive kaizen events.
• Own safety and cost at every site: zero recordables, labor budget, and cost per unit handled reported monthly.
• Maintain transaction discipline and location control; ensure government property is tracked and nonconforming material segregated.
• Launch the Long Beach campus: hire leaders, write standard work, and run it to the same metrics as HQ.
• Test new systems on the floor and accept/reject layout and automation handovers from Material Flow Engineering.
