Job summary

Referment is hiring an engineer to own the worldwide voice and video infrastructure, leading the unified-communications voice function and moving calling services from on-premises to the cloud. You will collaborate with global technology, project, events and facilities teams to deliver scalable UC solutions.

The role involves engineering and operating voice infrastructure, migrating architectures across regions, maintaining reliable UC services, and resolving complex operational issues.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and operate voice and calling infrastructure, including the transition to cloud platforms.
• Assess architectures and plan and execute migration activity with teams across regions.
• Maintain reliable unified-communications services and resolve complex operational issues.
• Support conferencing platforms including Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Automate administration and operational processes through Python, scripting and APIs.
