Job summary

Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Voice Engineer II to design, migrate, and operate enterprise voice solutions across the organization. You will contribute to moving from legacy PBX to Microsoft Teams Voice and SIP-based platforms, while supporting AudioCodes gateways and CUCM.

The role requires hands-on experience with voice technologies, migration planning, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to global voice strategy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Voice and Direct Routing.
• Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Experience with AudioCodes SBCs and media gateways.

Responsibilities

• Support migrations from legacy PBX, TDM, PRI, and analog telephony to Teams Voice and SIP-based services.
• Develop and maintain high-level and low-level designs, call flows, and migration runbooks.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Phone features (Direct Routing, dial plans, voice routing, auto attendants, Call Queues).
• Administer AudioCodes SBCs and gateways; support SIP trunking and enterprise voice services.
• Assist with E911 deployment, testing, and ongoing support.
