The ideal candidate has 7+ years configuring Cisco UC, strong SIP knowledge, and experience with API automation and on‑premise/cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years configuring and supporting Cisco UC and Collaboration products in multi-cluster environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SBCs, and PSTN SIP trunking.
• Experience upgrading and maintaining Cisco UC products and endpoints.
• Familiarity with UC compliance, recording, and messaging archiving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, monitoring, and management of global UC infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT Ops, Cybersecurity, and Networking to standardize, document, and automate processes.
• Troubleshoot complex API-based integrations and ensure system stability.
