Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround execution and project controls or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• Must possess or be eligible for a TWIC card.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnaround events to improve readiness and execution.
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance throughout FEL and execution phases; identify risks and gaps.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies and drive improvements.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and resolving critical issues.
