Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to provide global scheduling expertise and governance across the Platinum work process. You will partner with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to scheduling standards throughout FEL and execution.

The role aims to improve readiness, minimize risk, and drive predictable, safe, and cost-efficient turnarounds. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR 10 years in turnaround execution considered.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern global turnaround scheduling discipline across projects.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, risk, and health across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop actions to address readiness deficiencies and drive improvements.
• Support training and development of scheduler staff.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance and facilitate decisions impacting safety, cost, and schedule.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across processes.
