Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast Region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across the Platinum work process, aiming to improve readiness, reduce risk, and ensure successful turnarounds.

The role partners with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and leadership to drive excellence in scheduling and execution. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is required; a TWIC card is required for eligibility, and U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years in turnaround execution and project controls in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Master scheduler experience in a major turnaround preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnaround events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, identify risks and drive improvement opportunities.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and resolving critical issues.
