Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region to drive scheduling excellence across FEL and execution phases.

You will lead the global scheduling discipline, provide expert support to major events, and coach turnaround teams to improve readiness and predictability. The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and adherence to enterprise standards while coordinating with site teams, business leadership, and functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in turnaround scheduling
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually
• Must possess or be eligible for a TWIC card; U.S. work authorization is required
• No visa sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance
• Provide scheduling leadership and support to turnaround teams for major events (> $30MM)
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, and health across FEL and execution phases
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk
• Own the global turnaround scheduler qualification curriculum and training
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices
• Monitor performance and support execution to meet safety, schedule, cost, and reliability objectives
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across Dow turnaround processes
