Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME based in the Gulf Coast region to provide global scheduling expertise across the platinum work process.

The role focuses on improving turnaround readiness, minimizing risk, and driving execution excellence through coaching, assurance activities, and governance across FEL and execution phases. Responsibilities include leading scheduling discipline, supporting major events, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in turnaround execution and controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, work processes, and governance requirements.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams, especially for major events ($30MM+), to improve readiness and performance.
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, and health throughout FEL and execution phases; identify risks and improvements.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations and drive actions to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
