Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer Experience
• Ability to Travel up to 40% of time including long day and some overnight travel.
• Successful track record in treasury management sales with broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with strong executive presence.
• Adept at critical and strategic thinking and problem resolution.
• Strong business/financial acumen.
• Ability to navigate the enterprise, engage partners and grow as needed.
• Demonstrates ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution - Insurance and Specialty Finance clients and prospects.
• Actively manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and increase product penetration across portfolio.
• Provide product knowledge to deliver optimal solutions meeting client needs.
• Lead digital adoption of mobile, digital and real-time payments and drive strategic dialogues with clients.
• Lead revenue growth, client planning, pricing strategies, RFP/RFI responses and client-facing treasury presentations.
