Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety professional for a full-time traveling assignment focused on Data Center projects. The role reports to the Global Critical Facilities team and requires travel across the United States to support multiple sites.

The position demands strong EH&S program leadership, training development, and incident prevention capabilities, with a background in construction safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
OSHA 30-hour training completed; First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED current.

Responsibilities

Lead EH&S on a single construction project and enforce company policies and procedures.
Develop training for site-specific safety needs and educate project teams.
Identify and mitigate safety exposures; develop action plans to improve safety performance.
Collaborate with project leadership to create safety reports and drive improvements.
Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance and conduct safety audits.
