Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Transition Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional global transitions into the CBS operating model. You will partner with senior leaders to define scope, governance, and readiness across geographies, functions, and vendors.

Candidates should have 6–10 years of transition or program management experience, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications, and excellent communication to drive initiatives with minimal business disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of transition management, business operations, or project/program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, global transitions in complex environments.
• Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2/Agile or related methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional global transition initiatives across markets, centers, teams, and vendors.
• Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Define scope, roles, responsibilities, and success metrics for transitions.
• Drive transition governance with executive updates, issue escalation, and progress reporting.
• Identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and lead mitigation planning.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and operational readiness to ensure business continuity and success.
