Cencora in the United States is seeking a Transition Manager within Global Business Services (CBS) to plan and deliver end-to-end transitions across markets, functions, and vendors. You will lead strategy, planning, and governance to ensure business continuity and seamless handoffs to steady-state operations.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate knowledge transfer, and drive change management while ensuring compliance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or related field.
• Typically requires 6-10 years in transition management or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional global transitions.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional global transition initiatives across processes and operating models.
• Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, milestones, and governance.
• Define scope, roles, responsibilities, and success measures with leaders.
• Drive transition governance, updates, forums, and reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; plan mitigations.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and handoff for business continuity.
