Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering or related discipline and 15 years of related experience in the areas listed.
• Experience across Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Field Support, Hosting Services, Cloud Platforms, Network Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Data Center Operations.
• ITIL Foundation certification; PMP / PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US and Canada business stakeholders.
• Manage transition activities for offices, plants, warehouses and corporate locations.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications.
• Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements.
• Govern onsite and remote support readiness.
• Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers.
