Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead end-to-end global transitions across markets, functions, and vendors into the CBS operating model, remotely from Pennsylvania. You will coordinate governance, risk, readiness, and stakeholder engagement to deliver seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.

The role emphasizes project leadership, change management, and robust collaboration with senior leaders to ensure successful handoffs and ongoing operational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years in transition management or related roles.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional transitions in complex environments.
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional global transition initiatives.
• Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, milestones and governance.
• Coordinate with leaders, teams and external partners to define scope and success metrics.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, readiness assessments and knowledge transfer.
