ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International transformation, aligning strategy with execution across markets. You will lead governance and cross-functional collaboration to ensure measurable progress and value creation.

The role involves leading an executive Transformation Office, coordinating portfolio governance, dependencies, and risk escalation, and guiding the organization through change to enable profitable international growth. Travel is anticipated.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, commercial excellence or management consulting.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale journey.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces to deliver prioritized root-cause initiatives.
• Serve as custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolve governance, processes and capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance cadence and risk escalation.
• Lead adoption of new international organization and ways of working through change leadership.
