Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive the NEMA International transformation, translating strategy into prioritized, measurable initiatives. You will coordinate governance across sales, operations, IT and finance to enable profitable international growth and acquisitions.

You will lead an executive Transformation Office to manage the portfolio, cadence, dependencies and risk, while championing change leadership and capability-building across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NEMA International transformation roadmap, aligning with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Resolve barriers at interfaces among Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and HR with clear accountability.
• Custodian of the international target operating model for scalable growth and acquisitions.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio, cadence and risk escalations.
• Drive change leadership and capability-building across the new organization.
