ABB is seeking a Senior Transformation leader for NEMA International to drive the global transformation roadmap and align multiple function teams across geographies. • 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation or related leadership.
• Experience in cross-geography transformation and multi-unit programs.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale, translating strategy into initiatives with milestones and success measures.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, establishing governance and cross-functional commitments.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model, ensuring governance, processes, and capabilities evolve coherently.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing the portfolio, cadence, dependencies and risk escalation.
