Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an organized Training Portfolio Manager to support execution and rollout of product training initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Global Training Content, you will connect content creators, product teams, and diverse audiences including internal and external stakeholders.

You will prioritize projects, own intake workflows, and lead a team of PMs while tracking delivery timelines and learner engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in portfolio/project management with a focus in learning & development or enablement.
• 1+ year in supervisory or people-management role
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; experience pulling reports from an LMS or analytics dashboards (Tableau or Cornerstone preferred)
• Experience managing a multi-project roadmap using Jira or Smartsheet
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own intake workflows and prioritization frameworks; schedule training requests.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility with launch health and timelines.
• Partner with Global Education leaders to align training priorities with strategy.
• Directly lead and manage a team of project managers.
• Pull, aggregate, and analyze data across multiple sources.
• Track end-to-end launch health and learner engagement across tracks.
