Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies.

You will support ongoing technical/end-user training within Global Education, focusing on user experience, customer workflows, and training quality. The role requires facilitating in-person and virtual classes using live software environments, documentation, and minimal slide content, with a strong blend of initiative, instructional expertise, and

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions Customer Software preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department required reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules.
• Compile training and technical documents, and course material for products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
