Job summary

Synergistic Systems Inc in the United States seeks a Knowledge Transfer & Training Lead for a six-month remote assignment with a major financial services client in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will design, coordinate, and deliver the training and knowledge transfer program, guiding the transition of Plan Transitions Production Services from the United States to a team in India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge transfer, training, or related field.
• Proven experience designing structured training programs for ops teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create clear SOPs, job aids, process docs, workflow maps.
• Experience designing role-based training and proficiency assessments.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the overall training strategy for the transition program.
• Develop curricula, SOPs, job aids, process maps, and assessments.
• Lead instructor-led sessions, workshops, simulations, and shadowing.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendor partners to capture critical knowledge.
• Create role-based learning paths and readiness plans.
• Track learner progress, completion, proficiency, and readiness.
• Coordinate training across multiple workstreams and onboarding waves.
• Maintain training repositories and knowledge libraries.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide regular updates on training progress and readiness.
