Confidential is seeking an experienced Learning & Enablement leader to independently deliver high-quality global training across regions for enterprise technology and digital platforms. You will translate global strategy into practical regional delivery plans and collaborate with leadership to ensure readiness and adoption.

You will mentor a Bangalore-based specialist, manage LMS administration and lead train-the-trainer programs while upholding governance, measurement and continuous improvement

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development, enablement, instructional design, technology training, change management or a related field.
• Experience independently preparing for and leading instructor-led, virtual and blended training for enterprise technology, digital platforms or technology-enabled operational change.
• Experience managing, coaching or mentoring employees, contractors or distributed delivery resources.
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead high-visibility sessions and adapt to learner needs.
• Experience adapting and delivering global curricula across countries or regions without weakening standards.
• Ability to translate complex product functionality and operational workflows into clear, practical business language.
• Strong planning, organization, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with learning management systems, virtual learning tools and digital content or collaboration platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally to support global training delivery and launch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead high-quality global training delivery across regions and levels of experience.
• Translate global strategy and core curriculum into practical global and regional delivery plans.
• Adapt global content for regional relevance while preserving global outcomes, controls and governance.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to support adoption of proprietary media technology.
• Support planning and execution of the global training roadmap, readiness assessment and risk identification.
• Mentor the Bangalore-based L&E Operations Specialist, setting priorities and supporting professional development.
• Coordinate with the Bangalore-based specialist on LMS administration, scheduling, reporting and logistics.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and develop facilitators and subject-matter experts for consistent delivery.
• Contribute to curriculum, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments and reinforcement materials.
• Monitor participation, feedback and readiness; analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Maintain governance for content approval, releases and learner records.
