Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Import/Export Specialist II in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will act as the main liaison between customers, U.S. Customs, and government agencies to ensure service commitments are achieved and shipments are documented accurately.

You will review and process documentation for accounts, update systems, and provide proactive status updates to clients to maintain timely, compliant transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and job-specific software.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills; ability to perform unit conversions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of coordination between customers, U.S. Customs and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are met.
• Provide timely customer service by informing clients of shipment status and addressing questions.
