Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, U.S. Customs and other agencies to meet service commitments.
• Provide timely customer service and update clients on shipment status.
• Review, process, and file documentation; communicate updates to internal/external customers.
• Obtain releases from government agencies and arrange delivery; ensure invoicing aligns with policy.
• Handle pre-alerts and ensure ocean documents are received on time.
