Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate in Mt. Juliet, TN to join our on-site operations. You will support loading/unloading activities and help ensure safe, efficient warehouse performance to meet delivery timelines.

You will handle cargo from trucks, use manual equipment or a forklift, verify counts and documentation, label freight, and participate in routine maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred; one year industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Manage cargo from incoming trucks by removing from truck by hand or by using manual equipment such as hand truck or pallet jack, or by using forklift.
• Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received, noting whether to refuse or accept, and record receipts with proper documentation.
• Sort cargo received by account or location and label freight to destination.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to containerize basic loads.
• Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors and storing equipment.
