CEVA Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist I in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will provide essential operational support within a dynamic supply chain environment, focusing on data integrity, documentation accuracy and transportation-related processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior office experience in logistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic logistics software is expected, along with strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Ability to enter, review and verify documentation and information.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews documents for accuracy and applies basic understanding of transportation and service operations.
• Uses databases and logs to locate and verify information; handles routine data.
• Prepares forms, labels and related documents to ensure timely processing.
• Tracks information through systems, vendors and related sources (arrival, times, confirmations).
• Responds to internal and external customer questions and escalates when needed.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains a safe work environment.
• Assists with identifying operational or service concerns and helps resolve them.
• Maintains excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
