Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure import operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, and collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams to build scalable tools.

In this role you will review CBP documentation, manage PSCs, monitor duty payments, and help reduce overspend while ensuring data integrity across our global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP 7501, HTS classification, and origin rules.
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors and maintain audit records.
• Experience working with customs brokers, PSCs, and importer of record compliance.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; ability to create dashboards or automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and manage compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing CBP documentation and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments and guiding complex classifications.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty savings opportunities; build dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes and data integrity.
