Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and build scalable tools that improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend. You will work with cross-functional teams and brokers to ensure compliant and efficient global trade operations.

The role emphasizes analyzing data, developing dashboards, and driving process improvements across transportation, finance, and merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, CBP Form 7501, and origin requirements.
• Ability to review HTS classifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience creating reports, calculators, dashboards, or automation for data accuracy.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections, validate duty payments, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Review HTS assignments and provide guidance on complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and efficiency improvements with dashboards/automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers to improve processes.
