The Trade Compliance Analyst at Livingston is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of customs transactions through post-entry activities, regulatory corrections, audits, and operational support.

This role collaborates with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, recover duties where applicable, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, post-entry operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of customs brokerage operations and import regulations.
• Knowledge of tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreements, and PGA requirements.

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, and other filings within deadlines.
• Identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
