• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests and regulatory filings on deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, regulatory errors, and duty assessments.
• Review invoices and supporting records for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to improve entry quality.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Stay current on changing regulations, tariff updates, and programs.
