Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global Trade Analyst (Level 2) to join on-site at McLean, VA (or Plymouth, MN; Mesa, AZ). The role focuses on ensuring compliance with U.S. export and import laws, obtaining authorizations, and training staff on international trade regulations.

The analyst will interpret ITAR and EAR requirements, oversee post-approval activities, and work with multiple teams to align with company programs. A security clearance is required and travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Determine export/import needs with functional areas and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit export/import authorization requests.
• Review international travel, foreign visits, and export/import transactions.
• Provide guidance on ITAR and EAR regulations to internal teams.
• Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
