Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Global Trade Analyst (Level 2) to ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations for programs across Armament Systems. The role is onsite in Plymouth, MN; Mesa, AZ; or McLean, VA, supporting export/import authorizations and training colleagues on policy updates.

The candidate will work with multiple groups to identify export needs, manage post-approval activities, and help develop control plans and contractual reviews for international programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR compliance regulations.
• Ability to prepare export/import authorization requests and maintain records.
• Experience in training colleagues on trade compliance.
• Knowledge of international travel and data export controls.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional areas to determine export/import needs and develop strategies.
• Prepare and submit export/import authorization requests for international programs.
• Review travel requests, foreign visits, and export/import transactions.
• Provide guidance on ITAR and EAR regulations to staff and partners.
• Help develop and implement trade compliance policies and internal controls.
