Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a seasoned Global Trade Manager to lead a team ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations. You will prepare export packages, drive compliance metrics, and advise on regulations in support of the Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions unit.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in export controls, and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in international trade compliance (export, import and/or customs).
• Ability to lead and manage a team and interpret ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Knowledge of TSFD process and U.S. export regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Oversees transactional compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Prepares export authorization packages and utilizes exemptions.
• Drives metrics and provides training on compliance requirements.
• Maintains awareness of export law changes and supports corrective actions
