Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Global Trade Analyst (Level 2) to join our team on-site in Plymouth, MN; Mesa, AZ; or McLean, VA. You will ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR, prepare export/import authorizations, and guide programs on regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing travel and export/import transactions, developing internal controls, and delivering training to internal and external customers on trade compliance. Preference for aerospace/defense experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• On-site work at Plymouth, MN; Mesa, AZ; or McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Determine export/import needs with functional areas and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit export/import authorization requests for international programs.
• Review international travel, foreign visits, and export/import transactions.
• Provide guidance on ITAR/EAR regulations and internal control plans.
• Manage post-approval activities: recordkeeping, reporting, and shipping authorizations.
• Develop and deliver export/import training to internal and external customers.
