Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 2, Global Trade to lead a team of professionals across ITAR/EAR compliance. You will act as Empowered Official, prepare export packages, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a history of leadership in export control, excellent communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Based in multiple NGDS sites including Plymouth, MN.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR compliance and jurisdiction determinations.
• Ability to apply U.S. export regulations to complex scenarios and provide guidance.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Serves as Empowered Official for transactional compliance and licensing.
• Prepares export authorization packages and processes exemptions.
• Drives metrics and improves trade processes and tools.
• Provides training and advisory support to internal/external customers.
