FedEx Logistics is seeking a documentation coordinator to manage US Customs paperwork for import entries and provide superior customer service. The role includes classifying goods for customs releases and maintaining compliant shipment records.

You will perform data entry of import documents, work with brokers and government agencies, and may handle remote filings. Hybrid work setup with potential transition to remote after training.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; no industry experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience using computer systems for data entry and document creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs and government agencies.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Classify goods for customs release from multiple sources.
• Data entry and processing of import-related documentation.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance.
• Adhere to international importing/exporting regulations.
• Work with internal staff, carriers, brokers, government agencies, and customers.
• Process agency brokerage shipments; may handle remote filings.
• Follow all policies; other duties as assigned.
