FedEx Logistics is hiring for an entry services role in the United States. You will facilitate all entry processing and cage functions to ensure timely release of shipments in accordance with CBP and OGA regulations, while serving as the primary liaison between FedEx Express and FTN for account and shipment issues.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with several years of business experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma/GED; 3 years of business experience, including 2 years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CBP/OGA regulations and tariff schedules preferred.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment; MS Office, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary link between FedEx Express and FTN for account and shipment issues.
• Complete various audits (ewsrs, high duty, ABI warnings/errors, census rejects, high-entered value, duty verification).
• Correspond with shippers, clients and agencies to resolve documentation issues and avoid liquidated damages.
• Produce operational and trend reports for management distribution.
