Job summary

MorganFranklin Consulting LLC is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to design, implement, and oversee the organization's global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and related employee value programs.

Role collaborates with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with objectives, comply with laws, and attract top talent while maintaining financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR required; Master's preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Global benefits strategy, administration, vendor management, compliance, and employee communications.
• Experience with US and Canadian health and welfare plan design.
• Knowledge of FLSA, SEC, and global pay compliance laws.
• Experience in consulting or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
• Design broad-based, executive, compensation, recognition, and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant.
• Lead annual compensation planning, salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
• Oversee benefits strategy, administration, vendor partnerships, compliance, and communications.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary banding for consistency.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Ops, and external vendors on governance and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation and benefits laws.
• Use analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Create communications, total rewards statements, training, and resources for leaders and employees.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Total Rewards team.
