Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to lead the annual rewards cycle and develop an integrated plan aligned with HR goals and enterprise budgets. You will manage global compensation programs, collaborate with Finance, and drive governance and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in compensation/pay programs.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual global Performance, Growth & Rewards (PGR) cycle, including merit, bonus, equity, and exceptional nominations across all Alcon locations.
• Oversee end-to-end pay planning: budget planning, cost analysis, controls and global reporting with Finance.
• Prepare monthly STI accruals, termination calculations, and related reporting requirements.
• Manage merit, STI, and LTI audits and data validation for accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate annual salary range updates in Workday based on market data.
