Qualifications

• 10+ years in total rewards and HR operations with leadership.
• Expert-level benefits knowledge including design and compliance.
• Strong financial acumen and partnering with finance.
• Deep HR systems and data expertise; ADP experience preferred.
• Experience building HR functions in complex, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified total rewards strategy across US/Canada/Australia.
• Centralize benefits, compensation, HRIS, and payroll functions.
• Consolidate ADP vendors and optimize HR contracts.
• Develop an integrated HR data stack for payroll, benefits, and finance.
• Partner with CFO on headcount planning, labor cost modeling, and reporting.
• Lead payroll oversight and ensure scalable, compliant processes.
• Oversee franchise HR operations and multi-country governance.
