Job summary

Jam City Inc in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards and People Operations to lead global compensation, equity, and benefit programs across 8+ countries. The role oversees HR Policies, compliance, HRIS, and serves as the global People data champion.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture and manage a team across Total Rewards and People Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing global compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
• Global HR exposure including US and Canada with knowledge of employment law.
• Data-driven decision making with context from qualitative data.
• Ability to build and run HR operational infrastructure in fast growth environments.
• Proven leadership in delivering HR processes, governance, and policy adherence.
• Experience managing a team across multiple People disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Jam City’s global base pay, incentive programs, and equity compensation.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions, job structures, and guideline interpretations.
• Manage job/pay structures and offer expert HR counsel to management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance of compensation programs.
• Conduct market analysis, salary surveys, and recommend structure adjustments.
• Oversee benefits programs including 401(k) oversight and vendor management.
• Lead enrollment across countries and ensure HRIS updates.
