Job summary

Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA, seeks a Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, you will design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization.

You will oversee Leaves, ACA/FO, HRIS platforms (Paycor, Workday, Dayforce), payroll accuracy, data analytics dashboards, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance with FLSA and California pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Total Rewards, Payroll, and HRIS experience.
• Experience with job architecture and market salary tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll functions.
• Develop and execute a total rewards strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Oversee leaves, accommodations, and compliance with FMLA/ADA.
• Manage HR analytics dashboards and payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with brokers and vendors for benefits programs.
