Morrison Foerster is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the global compensation, benefits, retirement, and mobility strategy. This senior role partners with the CPO, Finance, Legal, and the People team to design innovative programs that attract and retain top talent across jurisdictions.

You will drive governance, data analytics, and employee communications while building a high-performing team recognized for excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of total rewards leadership experience.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, retirement, and mobility at a global level.
• Strong analytical, regulatory, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global total rewards strategy for attorneys and professionals.
• Oversee compensation cycles, benefits, retirement plans and related programs.
• Lead global mobility programs and governance with data-driven decisions.
• Manage team, budget, and relationships with leadership and regulators.
