1Password is seeking a Senior Director, Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and equity across a global tech organization. You will guide an eight‑person team, partner with senior leaders, and build scalable, equitable programs aligned with our mission and growth.

You will influence executive compensation strategy, governance, and global pay structures while partnering across Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure best practices and compliance.

Formación

• Extensive senior‑level experience leading global Total Rewards programs (compensation, equity, benefits).
• Experience guiding Total Rewards strategy through growth, governance changes, or IPO readiness.
• Strong advisory experience with executives, Compensation Committees, and Boards.
• Deep knowledge of equity strategy, grant programs, refresh cycles, and governance.
• Experience building job architecture, pay bands, and geographic frameworks.
• Leadership of HRIS/payroll or enterprise compensation technology implementations.
• Experience using AI/automation for Total Rewards insights and scalability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and talent needs.
• Coach and develop a global team; drive collaboration, accountability, and change management.
• Strengthen governance, data integrity, and operating practices for scalable programs.
• Define future Total Rewards tech and data ecosystem, including platforms and AI use.
• Partner with exec leadership, Finance, Legal, and external advisors on compensation strategy and materials.
• Oversee global compensation programs, equity strategy, and pay equity initiatives.
• Set strategic direction for global benefits, retirement, and well‑being as the company expands.
