Job summary
HackerOne is seeking a Director, Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to shape the global compensation, benefits, and HR data strategy. You will scale the People tech backbone, advance AI-native analytics, and drive data-driven decisions across global teams.
You will lead the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, partner with Finance and Legal on pay equity, and own the annual compensation cycles in a rapidly growing organization.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Total Rewards or compensation analytics at scale.
- Experience leading managers or teams.
- Strong experience with HRIS and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Legal on pay equity.
Responsibilities
- Own global Total Rewards strategy: compensation, pay bands, equity, and benefits.
- Grow the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams.
- Build People Analytics to provide trusted workforce insights.
- Own the People tech roadmap anchored on Workday and AI priorities.
- Lead annual compensation and benefits cycles and scalable processes.
- Drive change management across the function as the company scales.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and executives on budgets and compliance.
- Establish governance and auditability for compensation and people data.
