Ideal Tridon is seeking a Total Rewards, Compensation & Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and core compensation programs at our Smyrna, TN office. This role will start with U.S.

payroll management and expand to North America and global operations, driving modernized processes and global governance with HR, Finance, and leadership. The successful candidate will oversee merit planning, bonus and incentive programs, market pricing, and compensation analytics, while ensuring data privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state exposure, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Foundational experience supporting international/global payroll operations across entities and jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits and reconciling deductions and vendor invoices.
• Working knowledge of payroll taxation, wage/hour rules, and year-end reporting.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency with a modern payroll and HRIS platform.
• Experience leading merit planning, budgeting, and payroll implementation processes.
• Experience designing compensation programs, market pricing, and incentive plans.
• Experience managing compensation technology, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for assigned populations and pay cycles, including regular and off-cycle runs.
• Review payroll inputs, time records, deductions, taxes, and GL outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll calendars, SOPs, workflows, and access controls.
• Coordinate quarter-end/year-end activities and forms (W-2, 1095-C) support as needed.
• Oversee wage attachments, levies, and other mandated deductions with partners.
• Develop and manage compensation programs, merit processes, and incentive plans.
• Conduct market pricing and salary analysis to inform decisions and governance.
• Own payroll/vendor management, data governance, and system integrations.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global stakeholders to optimize total rewards programs.
