The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Corporate Human Resources Team, based in Smyrna, TN or Auburn Hills, MI. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across assigned populations, review inputs, time and attendance, deductions, and reports, and support quarter-end and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Five or more years of payroll administration experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state, multi-location manufacturing or distributed workforces preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS, payroll platform, and time & attendance system required; process changes are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, enter, review, and validate payroll data for regular, off-cycle, correction, bonus, commission, and final payrolls.
• Review time and attendance, hires, terminations, transfers, and deductions for accuracy.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, and other authorized deductions.
• Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, and employee payroll files.
• Coordinate payroll funding information and vendor transmissions.
