Ideal Tridon seeks a Total Rewards, Compensation & Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations, benefits programs, and core compensation processes for US and global operations. The role starts with US payroll and expands across North America and global entities, partnering with HR, Finance, and regional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage annual merit planning, bonus and incentive programs, and ensure compliant, accurate payroll processing with confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state exposure; 2+ years in a lead/manager role.
• Experience with international/global payroll operations and in-country providers.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits and benefit deductions; payroll tax and year-end reporting knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for assigned populations and pay cycles, including regular, off-cycle, bonus, and corrections.
• Coordinate quarter-end/year-end activities (W-2, 1095-C) and payroll tax filings across jurisdictions.
• Oversee compensation programs, merit planning, bonuses, and incentive plans; ensure timely payroll execution.
• Govern and optimize payroll data, governance, and security across HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Develop communications and training for managers and employees on merit, incentives, and pay programs.
